机器人手术系统已开始用于气膀胱的手术入路，它在完整切除肿瘤和避免腹腔脏器副损伤等方面具有优势。本例女性患者，73 岁，2 年前因右肾盂恶性肿瘤行根治性右肾切除 + 右输尿管全长切除 + 膀胱袖状切除术，规律复查发现膀胱占位性病变 2 周余。经多学科讨论，采用达芬奇机器人手术气膀胱下膀胱部分切除术，术中完整切除膀胱肿瘤，效果满意。

Robotic surgery system has been used in pneumovesic surgery as the approach. It can resect tumors integrally and reduce damage on abdominal organs. This patient was a 73-year-old female who had radical nephroureterectomy for malignant tumors of the right renal pelvis about 2 years ago, regular review found bladder occupying lesions for 2 weeks. After multi-disciplinary discussion, partial cystectomy under pneumovesical approach was performed with robotic surgery system, and the bladder tumor was completely removed with satisfactory outcomes.
