三维可视化技术在肾盂重建机器人手术教学中的应用

目的:探讨三维可视化技术在肾盂重建机器人手术教学中的作用及效果。方法:选取解放军总医院 第五医学中心的 40 名实习医师作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,比较两组学生的考核成绩和课程满意度。 对照组采用传统的理论教学:手术图谱及二维的 CT 或 MRT 图像进行手术规划;观察组采用三维可视化技术教学: 重建软件生成的泌尿三维可视化模型及虚拟手术模块,结合手术录像进行手术规划。结果:观察组成绩优秀率明显 高于对照组(50% Vs 20%),两组学员的考核成绩差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组课程满意度显著高于对 照组(100% Vs 75%),两组学员的课程满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肾盂重建机器人手术教 学中应用三维可视化技术可提高学员学习兴趣,有利于学员对临床知识点的掌握,增强学员临床实践能力,受到学 员们的良好评价,值得在教学中推广应用。

Objective: To explore the role of three-dimensional (3D) visualization technology in the teaching of robotic surgery for renal pelvis reconstruction. Methods: 40 interns from the Fifth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, and the assessment results and course satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared. The control group was given traditional theoretical teaching, students were trained with surgical map and two-dimensional CT or MRT images in surgical planning. The observation group was taught with 3D visualization technology, which was combined with the surgical video, 3D urinary visualization model and virtual surgical module generated by reconstruction software. Results: The rate of excellence in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(50% Vs 20%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The degree of satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (100% Vs 75%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of 3D visualization technology in the teaching of robotic surgery for renal pelvis reconstruction could increase students’ learning interest and improve their clinical practice ability, which is worth of popularizing in clinical teaching.
