国内首例单臂机器人辅助胆囊切除人体临床试验报道

Single-arm robot-assisted cholecystectomy: the first clinical trial in China

经脐单孔腹腔镜技术可以利用人体脐部的天然瘢痕进行手术,通过脐部皮肤的褶皱来隐藏腹部的 瘢痕,从而达到“无瘢痕手术”的目的。由于单孔腹腔镜手术离轴视野丧失,器械间相互干扰,故而操作起来难度增加。 国产机器人手术系统与单孔腹腔镜手术技术结合可使单孔腹腔镜应用简单化,并扩大手术适应证。机器人手术系统 是我国“十三五”计划重点支持的研究方向之一。国内众多科研单位聚焦这一科技前沿问题,努力实现该领域的原 创性突破。首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院、兰州大学第一医院普外科与上海微创医疗机器人(集团)股份有限公 司合作,研发出拥有完全自主知识产权的单臂手术机器人系统,现完成了国内首例单臂手术机器人辅助胆囊切除术 的人体临床试验,手术过程顺利。

A concealed surgical scar (the umbilicus’ natural fold) is usually taken as the approach in robot-assisted transumbilical laparoscopic single-site surgery, which has advantages of less trauma, less postoperative pain and better cosmetic results over conventional laparoscopic methods. Due to the visual field loss and mutual interference among instruments in single-port laparoscopic surgery, it is difficult to perform. The combination of domestic robotic surgical system and single-port laparoscopy could simplify the operation of single-port laparoscopy and expand its indications. Robotic surgical system is one of the key research and development program in China. Many R&D institutes in China focus on this field and strive to make an original breakthrough. In cooperation with Shanghai Minimally Invasive Medical Robot (Group) Co., Ltd. and the First Hospital of Lanzhou University, our team has developed a single-arm robotic surgical system with completely independent intellectual property rights. The first clinical trial of single-arm robot-assisted cholecystectomy in China was completed with our single-arm robotic surgical system, and reported as below.
