快速康复理念在机器人辅助膀胱癌根治术中的应用进展

机器人微创手术在泌尿外科中的应用日益普及,该技术以出血少、创伤小、并发症少、术后患者恢复快等优势普遍用于膀胱癌患者的治疗,并取得了良好的效果。快速康复外科(Enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)旨在帮助手术患者减少相关并发症、加快术后康复,并缩短住院时间、改善患者的生活质量,现已广泛应用于临床。然而,目前快速康复理念用于膀胱癌根治性膀胱切除术患者的经验尚不足。本综述为进一步探讨快速康复模式在机器人辅助膀胱癌根治术前后的应用经验,结合了近年来国内外相关文献进行总结,为后续临床研究提供了理论基础。

The application of robotic minimally invasive surgery in urology is more and more popular. It has advantages of less bleeding, smaller trauma, fewer complications, and faster recovery after surgery. It has been widely used in the treatment of bladder cancer and has achieved good results. Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) aims to help patients reduce related complications, accelerate postoperative recovery, shorten the length of hospital stay, and improve the quality of patients’ life after surgery. It has been widely used in clinical practice. However, the current experience of ERAS for patients undergoing radical cystectomy (RC) for bladder cancer is still insufficient. This article aims to provide a theoretical basis for following clinical research by further discuss the application of enhanced recovery model before, during and after robot-assisted radical cystectomy for bladder cancer by summarizing relevant domestic and foreign literatures in recent years.
