In recent years, the onset age of cervical cancer is getting younger, and more and more patients in childbearing age need to preserve reproductive function during surgery. Radical trachelectomy (RT) could effectively remove tumors while preserving the uterus, which could provide more possibilities for cervical cancer patients to have children. Da Vinci robotic surgical system has advantages of high-definition vision, flexible operation and high precision. Robot-assisted radical trachelectomy (RRT) has been adopted by more and more surgeons and patients. The patient selecting criteria, surgical details and clinical outcomes of RRT were reviewed in this paper.
