目的：探讨多元化与标准化结合护理措施在机器人手术护理安全中循证护理的临床效果。方法：检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Embase、Ovid、中国知网、万方数据库、维普网、中国生物医学文献、复旦大学循证医学中心网等数据库，使用JBI（2014 版）干预性研究证据预分级进行证据质量评价，整合证据后，应用证据对2019 年12 月—2020 年5 月于空军军医大学第二附属医院接受达芬奇机器人手术的86 例患者采用抽签法进行分组。对照组43 例，进行常规护理；观察组43 例，基于对照组采用循证护理方法，比较两组患者的手术情况。结果：观察组术前心率加快、血压升高、不良事件发生率（9.30%、20.93%、0）均低于对照组（48.84%、74.42%、13.95%），其护理满意率（95.35%）高于对照组（74.42%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组护理后各睡眠因子评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：达芬奇机器人手术的多元化与标准化结合护理措施能够提升手术安全性，减少不良事件的发生。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing perspectives in the diversified and standardized nursing measures in robotic surgery. Methods: PubMed, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Embase, Ovid, CNKI,WANFANG Data, VIP Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Fudan University Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine and other databases were searched, the preventive interventions of JBI(2014) was used to evaluate the quality of included literatures. According to the evidence, 86 patients who underwent Da Vinci robotic surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from December 2019 to May 2020 were divided into two groups with lottery method. The control group (43 cases) was given routine nursing. The observation group (43 cases) was adopted evidence-based nursing based on the control group, and the clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results: The preoperative incidence of heart rate increasing (9.30% Vs 48.84%), blood pressure raising (20.93% Vs 74.42%) and adverse events (0 Vs 13.95%) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation

group was higher than that in the control group (95.35% Vs 74.42%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The score of sleep factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Diversified and standardized nursing measures could improve the nursing safety in robotic surgery and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
