机器人辅助盆腔廓清术在宫颈癌治疗中的应用

作者简介:

自 1948 年国外首次报道应用盆腔廓清术治疗局部复发性宫颈癌以来,此术式逐渐成为治疗盆腔恶性 肿瘤的挽救性手术。近年来,随着外科成像技术、微创外科技术和盆底功能重建技术的进步,盆腔廓清术在盆腔局 部晚期恶性肿瘤和复发性肿瘤治疗中的应用更加广泛。本文通过文献学习及经验分享分析了机器人辅助盆腔廓清术 在宫颈癌治疗中的可行性。

Pelvic exenteration for cervical cancer was firstly reported in 1948, which has gradually become a salvage surgery for the treatment of pelvic tumor.With the development of surgical imaging technology, minimally invasive surgical technology and pelvic floor reconstruction technology, pelvic exenteration has been more widely used in the treatment of locally advanced malignant and recurrent pelvic tumors. Through literature learning and experience sharing, the application of robotassisted pelvic exenteration in the treatment of cervical cancer was analyzed in this paper.
