达芬奇机器人辅助动脉导管未闭结扎术:海南省首例报道(附视频)

海南省妇女儿童医学中心于 2023 年 2 月收治 1 例动脉导管未闭患儿。本中心应用达芬奇机器人手术 Xi 系统完成动脉导管未闭结扎术,这是海南省首例机器人辅助动脉导管未闭结扎术,也是海南省首例机器人辅助先 天性心脏病手术。机器人手术系统对接时间 10 min,手术操作时间 45 min,出血量 1 ml,手术过程顺利,未见术后并发症发生。

In February 2023, a child diagnosed with patent ductus arteriosus was admitted to Hainan Women and Children’s Medical Center. The patent ductus arteriosus ligation was completed using the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system, which was the first robot-assisted congenital heart surgery in Hainan province. The docking time of the robotic surgical system was 10 min, the operative time was 45 min, the blood loss was 1 ml. The operation was successful and no postoperative complications were observed.
