达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂成形术治疗儿童马蹄肾并肾积水一例报道(附视频)

本研究报道 1 例 5 岁男性马蹄肾合并肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(UPJO)性肾积水患儿,行达芬奇机器人 辅助腹腔镜左侧肾盂成形术。手术顺利,手术时间 145 min,其中肾盂输尿管吻合时间 37 min,术中出血 5 ml,术后患 儿恢复良好,无并发症。术后病理提示符合肾盂输尿管连接处狭窄改变。术后随访至今,患儿症状消失,复查超声提 示左侧肾盂积水较前减轻。结果表明达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂成形术治疗儿童马蹄肾并 UPJO 性肾积水安全可行。

A 5-year-old male patient with horseshoe kidney and hydronephrosis underwent Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty in the Department of Pediatric Surgery, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University is reported in this study. The surgery was successfully completed, with the operative time of 145 min. The anastomosis time of renal pelvis and ureter was 37 min, and the intraoperative blood loss was 5 ml. The pediatric patient recovered well after surgery and no complications were found. The postoperative pathological findings showed changes of ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO). Symptoms of the child were disappeared in postoperative follow-up to now, and the ultrasound reexamination showed that the left hydronephrosis was reduced. The results indicate that Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty is safe and feasible in the treatment of horseshoe kidney and UPJO hydronephrosis in children.
