本文报道了 2023 年 4 月武汉大学中南医院小儿外科应用达芬奇 Xi 手术机器人辅助单孔腹腔镜治疗 新生儿十二指肠梗阻 1 例,术中同时完成两处异位胰腺病灶切除。患儿胎龄 35-1w,剖宫产,出生体重 2090 g,出生 后 50 h 进行手术。手术机器人操作时间 76 min,术中出血量约 5 ml,术后 6 d 试进水,术后 8 d 开奶,并逐步恢复 至母乳喂养,间断复查腹部彩超 3 次,未见明显异常,术后 16 d 痊愈出院。

In April 2023, a case of Da Vinci Xi robot-assisted single-site laparoscopic surgery for duodenal obstruction in a preterm low birth weight infant was reported by Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, and two ectopic pancreatic lesions were simultaneously removed. The patient has a gestational age of 35-1 weeks, with a birth weight of 2090 g, and the surgery was performed 50 h after birth. The robotic operative time was 76 min, with approximately 5 ml of intraoperative bleeding. The patient attempted drinking water 6 d after surgery, began breastfeeding 8 d after surgery. Abdominal color ultrasound examination was performed for 3 times and no abnormalities were found. The patient recovered well and was discharged 16 days after surgery.
