目的：总结采用国产“术锐”单孔机器人手术系统完成经腹膜外入路前列腺癌根治术的手术护理配 合初步经验。方法：选择 2021 年 11 月—2022 年 2 月在本院泌尿外科接受国产“术锐”单孔机器人辅助经腹膜外入 路前列腺癌根治术的 5 例患者，对其术前准备、术中配合和术后护理经验进行总结与分析。结果：5 例患者均在单 孔机器人辅助下顺利完成手术，无中转开放，均未增加辅助通道，平均手术时间为 179.4 min（145~249 min），平 均机器人操作时间 129.8 min（106~194 min），术中平均出血量为 66 ml（30~100 ml），术后腹腔引流管留置时间 3~11 d，无护理相关并发症发生，术后 3 个月随访患者尿控均良好。器械护士和巡回护士分工合作，并与术者及助 手做到沟通有效、优化协作，全程提供优质护理，保障患者手术安全。结论：单孔机器人辅助经腹膜外入路前列腺 癌根治术中采取优质护理措施能够有效提高手术的成功率，缩短手术时间和患者术后的住院时间，降低相关并发症 的发生率，优质护理对单孔机器人手术的开展具有积极意义，值得推广。

Objective: To summarize the preliminary experience of nursing cooperation on extraperitoneal SHURUI single-port robot-assisted radical prostatectomy. Methods: 5 patients who underwent extraperitoneal SHURUI single-port robot-assisted radical prostatectomy in the Department of Urology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from November 2021 to February 2022 were selected, and their preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperation and postoperative nursing experience were summarized and analyzed. Results: All surgeries were successfully completed with no conversion to open surgery or adding auxiliary channels. The average operative time was 179.4 min (145-249 min), the average robotic operative time was 129.8 min (106-194 min), with an average blood loss of 66 ml (30-100 ml) and the indwelling time of postoperative peritoneal drainage tube of 3-11 d. There were no nursing-related complications occurred, and the urinary continence of the patients was good in follow-up at 3-month after surgery. Nurses communicated effectively with surgeons and assistants to provide quality nursing care and ensured the safety of patients during surgery. Conclusion: High-quality nursing cooperation can effectively improve the success rate of extraperitoneal single-port robot-assisted radical prostatectomy, shorten the operative time and postoperative hospital stay of patients, and reduce the incidence of related complications. High quality of nursing care has a positive effect on the performance of single-port robotic surgery, which is worth clinical promoting
