达芬奇机器人手术运营效率影响因素分析

目的:分析某三级甲等医院达芬奇机器人手术运营效率的影响因素,为提高机器人手术效率提供依据。 方法:采集某院 2018 年 1 月—2020 年 12 月开展的达芬奇机器人手术运行数据,分析首台手术开始时间、接台时间、 手术时间占进出手术室总时间的比例、机器人专用手术间利用率等指标。结果:共采集到达芬奇机器人手术运营数 据 1843 例,首台手术平均开始时间为 09:25,准点率为 21.7%,平均接台时间为(71±21)min,平均手术时间为(175± 77)min,平均机器人手术时间为(123±59)min,机器人专用手术间日均手术 2.9 台 /d,临时停台率为 18.9%,夜 间手术占手术总量 21.9%。结论:达芬奇机器人手术的运营效率受多因素影响,提高首台手术准点开台率、缩短接 台时间、降低临时停台率对提高机器人手术效率和专用手术间利用率至关重要。

Objective: To analyze the factors that affecting the operational efficiency of Da Vinci robotic surgery in a level A tertiary hospital, and to provide theoretical basis for improving the operational efficiency of robotic surgery. Methods: The data of Da Vinci robotic surgeries performed in this hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were collected, and the indicators such as the start time of the first surgery, the turnaround time, the operative time, the percentage of operative time to the total operative time, and the utilization rate of the dedicated operating room for robotic surgery were analyzed. Results: 1843 cases of robotic surgery were collected, the average start time of the first case was 09: 25, with ontime rate of 21.7%. The average turnaround time was (71±21) min, the average operative time was (175±77) min, the average operative time of robotic surgery was (123±59) min, 2.9 cases were completed per day in the special operating room for robotic surgery, 18.9% cases of robotic surgery were canceled, 21.9% cases of robotic surgery were completed at night. Conclusion: The operational efficiency of Da Vinci robotic surgery was affected by many factors. Improving the on-time opening rate of the first surgery, shortening the turnaround time and reducing the temporary stop rate are essential to improve the efficiency of robotic surgery and the utilization rate of the special operating room.
