目的：探讨大数据环境下“互联网 + 健康教育”在体检中心慢性病患者护理管理中的实践方法与效果。 方法：选取 2021 年 1 月—2022 年 1 月西安航天总医院体检中心接收的慢性病患者 136 例，按数字随机表法分作两组， 对照组 68 例行常规管理，观察组 68 例实施大数据环境下“互联网 + 健康教育”干预，对比两组的自主管理能力、 服药依从性、疾病相关指标达标率及生活质量。结果：观察组干预后的健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ各维度评分比对照组高；观察组的服药依从性是 95.59%，比对照组的 85.29% 高；观察组的血压、血糖、血脂、心功能指标达标率均比对照组高；观察组干预后的健康调查简表评分较对照组高。结论：大数据环境下“互联网 + 健康教育”应用于体检中心慢性病患者护理管理中可有效提升其自主管理能力及服药依从性，使疾病相关指标得到有效控制，并进一步改善其生活质量.

Objective: To assess the practical value of Internet + Health Education in the nursing management of chronic disease patients in physical examination centers under the big data environment. Methods: 136 cases of patients with chronic diseases who were received by the physical examination center of Xi’an Aerospace General Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 68 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing management, and patients in the observation group were given the Internet + Health Education intervention under the big data environment. The self-management ability, medication compliance, standard-reaching rate of related indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: In the observation group, the scores of each dimension of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ (HPLP-Ⅱ ) after intervention were higher than those in the control group. The medication compliance of the observation group was 95.59%, which was higher than 85.29% in the control group. The standard-reaching rates of blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids and cardiac function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The 36-Item Short form Health Survey (SF-36) after intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: The application of Internet+Health Education in the nursing management of chronic disease patients in the physical examination center under the big data environment can effectively improve their self-management ability and medication compliance, disease-related indicators and their quality of life.
