我国是食管癌高发地区,目前外科手术仍是治疗食管癌的关键措施。微创食管癌手术已成为食管癌外科治疗的主流术 式,其中机器人手术系统因其独特的优势已逐步应用于食管癌的手术治疗。现就机器人辅助食管癌根治术的应用现状与研究 进展进行综述,全面分析机器人辅助食管癌根治术在食管癌治疗中的应用现状及优劣势,提出相关挑战的应对策略并展望其 在未来的发展前景。
China has a high incidence of esophageal cancer, and surgery is still the key measure for the treatment of esophageal cancer currently. Minimally invasive esophageal cancer surgery has become the mainstream surgical treatment of esophageal cancer, in which robot-assisted surgical systems have been gradually applied to the surgical treatment of esophageal cancer due to their unique advantages. The application status and research progress of robot-assisted radical esophagectomy were reviewed to comprehensively analyze the current status, advantages, disadvantages of robot-assisted radical esophagectomy in esophageal cancer treatment, hoping to put forward the strategies to cope with the related challenges, and look forward to the prospects of its development in the future.
