机器人辅助经腹宫颈环扎术的临床应用及技巧(附手术视频)

本研究通过回顾宫颈环扎术应用于治疗宫颈机能不全的发展历程,分析了经阴道、剖腹、腹腔镜经腹和机器人辅助经 腹宫颈环扎术等不同手术入路的优势和不足,着重介绍了机器人辅助经腹宫颈环扎术的应用现状,并分享了机器人辅助经腹 宫颈环扎术的操作经验和技术要领,旨在推广机器人辅助经腹宫颈环扎术的应用。

By reviewing the development process of cervical cerclage in the treatment of cervical insufficiency, the advantages and disadvantages of different surgical approaches including transvaginal, laparotomy, laparoscopic and robot-assisted transabdominal cervical cerclage(RA-TAC)are analyzed in this paper. The clinical indications, efficacy, safety and complications of RA-TAC are highlighted, as wen as the clinical experience and surgical skills of RA-TAC are shared with the purpose of promotion of this technique.
